Classic, North German catering from Lübeck – Fangfrisch! We prepare our tasty snacks, fish sandwiches and all kinds of other delicacies on rustic wooden boards and deliver them directly to your event on request. From 50-800 people, everything is possible. You can rent our food truck for events with a minimum crew of 50 people. In our mobile galley we can actually conjure up anything your heart desires. From classic fish&chips, to fish rolls, to Hanseatic shrimp and fine fish dishes. Special catering – simply fangfrisch!
