With our Moinsener Brewery, Fangfrisch brings something special to the glass. Born from the idea of creating a beer that suits us, Lübeck, and the places where we ourselves like to gather, Moinsener is now our own little world of beer. Northern German at heart, uncomplicated in the glass, and perfect for just about any occasion.
Our goal isn’t to make beer more complicated than it needs to be. On the contrary: Moinsener is meant to taste good, be fun, and bring people together. Whether it’s with a fish sandwich by the Untertrave, on a long summer evening at the boathouse, during the winter harbor festival, or simply at home with friends—we love drinking it wherever we’re having a good time.

That’s why the Moinsener Brewery is just as much a part of Fangfrisch as our kitchen, our Brötchenstand, or the boathouse. It’s a little piece of Lübeck worth raising a glass to—with a North German flair, a generous dose of “Moin,” and none of that stuffy beer-drinking seriousness.
